They sold me a lemon and I traded in a nice up to date and great car. I an lefted with no car at all. Here is what happpened.........

My name is Halimah, I am gonna be contacting a lawyer and my local News Channel.

I been having so many issues with carmax, let me take you down my road of hell, I had a Honda 2015 civic that i was trading in, I seen this car on carmax, that i wanted. The landrover was shipped to Carmax in Langhorne PA. I purchased the car Nov 1,2021. I was there at Carmax for about 8 hours waiting to take the car.

I took it for a drive and heard some noise. I asked the saleperson to have someone check the vehicle again, I wanted to have clarity that the vehicle was in good condition.  The salesperson stated the vehicle was serviced over 2 times. Unfortunately I end up being their bait and I'm a single mom and went down there to purchase a car. I know for a fact they've been bullying me around the whole time.

Carmax sold me a lemon. This has been an on going battle for a while now. I need to mention Pennsylvania lemon law does not cover used cars. However, the salesperson he just wanted to make a sale. I drove the landrover the same day and it gave me issues, I contacted Carmax and they said it will be tow back to them or to a service department of my choice. 

The vehicle was towed to Landrover Dealership Services. The vehicle was there for over 2 months getting work done. I needed a car so I had to get a rental. Even than it was constantly issues with Carmax making payments on time. Enterprise  also  charged my credit card due to lack of payment from Carmax. Finally, I get the landrover back and now more issues.

The lights on the dashborad and camera section started flickering. I immediately contacted Carmax and Landrover dealership. I had to take the car back for some more services to be done. This has been a nightmare from hell. Carmax end up taking my car from Landrover dealership without my consent. I am the owner of that vehicle.

How do these people just do whatever they want?This is unethical and immoral. I am still now without a car. Thanks to carmax for making this what could of been a smooth transaction a nightmare. They wanted to give me a buy back appraisal. after the fact I wont have no car to get back and forth to work. They also ran my credit over 2 times. I am lefted with a lower score on my credit report and no car. This whole situations is unfortunate for me. They don't care about their customers. I am gonna post this message everywhere.

 Did you bother to do ANY research on Landrovers in general??? Perhaps of YOU would have been a smart consumer, YOU WOULD HAVE QUICKLY SEEN, the repair history of this make is poor, very poor, which is VERY WELL KNOWN in the industry.

You can put away the poor, poor pitiful me, they took advantage of me sympathy card. YOU failed to perform DUE DILIGENCE and check out the ample amount of reviews of this car BEFORE buying it and no, I don't work for them!
