I ordered Carleton Sheet's program but quickly realized it would not help me, "luckily" it was only 9.95 to try it for 30 days. I promptly sent the package back according to their instruction exactly. I later noticed that my credit card had been billed for the full amount. I contacted the company and they said there was no way of knowing if the package came back, and they have no record of it being returned. I cancelled my card and the bank did a chargeback for me, but I am still getting bills in the mail. Has this happened to anyone else?

Last year I ordered the Carlton Sheets package for the full $180. I chose the $180 amount instead of the $9.95 because the CS rep told me that the $9.95 would be on top of the $180 in case you decide to keep the package. Well, I decided within the week that I did not want to keep the package so I shipped it back via Fedex. And they did refund my credit card for the full amount. Return expensive informercial type packages by Fedex, UPS or tracked US Mail so you can prove the other party received the package. You can checked the status of all three of these via their websites.
