Care.com Cant get into msgs keep getting report that site cant process my request at this time. Several attempts to correct problem with company, i was told that i couldnt get my money refunded only having first week of access and 6 weeks later not able to use my account. Massachusetts
Company refuses a refund and doesn't stand behind their product and techs have no idea to resolve the problem. I was told to try a different web browser other than google. When you sign up for service, they don't inform you of this and that you may need a different browser. I tried several times to have my 105. Refunded for a 3 mo membership and was informed since I was able to communicate the first week, I was not entitled. I won't recommend this company to any consumer.
