I ordered 3 items from this company (Peeps / Carbonklean) on Feb 21 and today is March 1st. I still haven't been notified if they have been shipped, let alone when I can expect to receive them! Their confirmation email of my order stated that they would ".... notify you when it has been sent..."
Needless to say I have not received anything at all from them. I found them on Facebook as an advertiser with lots of positive "reviews" but am now questioning how authentic the "reviews" were. All of the reveiws on Google are one star! And most of them contributoers said they would give them NO STARS if they had been able to. I only wish I had read Google reviews before placing an order with this company. I have emailed them FIVE times and called 4 times. No response. The phone number only has a voicmail and no one ever calls me back. Most of the reviewers are in the process of disputing the charges to their bank anc=d credit card accoounts. I will also be doing that as soon as I complete this report. I think Facebook should be notified and they should remove this company from their advertisers before more of their mermbers get ripped off too.
