Capitol Kia RIPOFF dishonest car repair Austin Texas
I took my car into Capitol kia after paying $1700 for an extended warranty. The refused to fix my car under the warranty saying I didnt have a warranty. They wanted to charge me about $500 dollars. I brought in the warranty papers and then had to pay a deductible. I gave capitol kia my credit card information over the phone and the service manager wrote the number down then lost it! Capitol kia was suppose to give me a rental car under my warranty and they refused because they didnt want to pay for it.
Capitol Kia claimed they fixed my car after they had it for 7 days I had it for 15 mins and it cut off again in the middle of the street and I had to push it out of the street in white paints. I was 4 hours late coming back to work on this day becuase my car wouldnt start.
Capitol kia told me they would send a car to come and get me and they didnt I stood outside for over an hour untill I called road side assitance and the tow truck came and towed my car back to the dearlerships. Inwhich Capitol kia told their pick up guy was over 30 miles away and had no intentions on coming to get me. Capitol Kia then kept my car for another 3 days gave, when i got my car back this time kia had broken 3 motor mounts trying to unfix what they now cliam they didnt touch. I went to kia to ask if they would fix what they broke and they had me band from the property and called the police on me! I just filled me lawsuit and will go to court in 3 days. I hope they never do anyone else like this and until they stop lets all put them on ripoffreport.com
