Capital One Services they own a payment protection plan that is worthless. I cancelled it back in october they are still chatging me for it. Richmond Virginia
Back in October I cancelled a worthless payment protection plan. They have billed me for it every month. I keep calling the payment protection plan tells me to call capital one and capital one tells me to call the payment protection plan.
I have called back and fourth between the two several times with no satisfaction. One man even tried to convince me that it was a credit each month and it was somehow being accidentally added instead of being deducted. I am temporarily unemployed and financially stressed to the point of dropping my college classes. I am looking for full time employment. Anything you could inform me of on how to handle this situation would be deeply appreciated. Thank You Patsy
