Capital One Bank Credit Card ripoff says I have 3 credit cards I've never had but one added so many extra charges like overlimit late fees when I was not late Would not return my calls Richmond Virginia
Reported 3 credit cards to credit bureau, never had but one, added so very many extra charges that were not true. Called them numerous times about the charges on the account and they would never return my calls. Never once did they try to help me straighten out the account, just kept putting me off. They are impossible to deal with and I have been trying for years. They are still haunting me with bad and untrue reports or my Credit Bureau Reports. Very bad company to deal with.
