CAPITAL CREDIT ALLIANCE IS RIP-OFF FRAUD
My 17-year old cousin got screwed by CAPITAL CREDIT ALLIANCE and I have been trying to help her get her money back. They have removed $200 from her checking account. I called 1-800-760-4045 and after being on hold for 27 minutes, a man finally answered.
The person I talked to said that the only way to cancel the account is to call the bank and stop the ACH electronic debit. Well the bank couldn't stop it so they closed the account and it automatically re-opened when the debit went through.
I have read many of the rip-off stories on this website. These bastards have to be stopped because they are making a fortune off of people and leaving them helpless. I'm not sure how but every person who has been ripped-off by this company should get their money back.
