Dale Check out puy post on in this CAMCO section. "Author: Simi Valley, California" In my post i have a fer letters. One is a diclosure letter and the other is a Cease and desist letter. Coppy them and send them off. IF the call tell them to go to hell, or toy woth the little scamers. If the keep on calling call your lawer. Also keep records of everything. There is nothing they can do. So don't blow a gasken man... keep a cool head, there is nothing to worry about.

Why pay a debt that is not yours and why pay a debt they CANNOT sue you on. Even threatening a lawsuit is against the law. If you gave him post dated checks immediately inform your bank you have been scammed and close the account.
