California Paving California Paving LLC Selling fake asphalt resurfacing service

They are going door to door in Zephyrhills and Tampa Florida selling asphalt resurfacing. Three people together in a rented Nissan Titan Truck. They are targeting elderly and women assuming they will not know better. They will convince victims they need to resurface asphalt. Of course they will offer a huge cash discount. After they rope you in, they'll use rudementary tools inappropriate for the job. They will claim their normal tools were "just stolen yesterday." They will use a mix of used motor oil and paint. The work will begin to peel off as soon as you use the surface again.
Their victim in the case that has caused this report was a widow that they took for 2500.
These people are from the UK. They do not have work visas. One of the workers even admitted to the police that they created an LLC in Wyoming to funnel the money and cheat taxes. They claim the business is based in California but more on that below.
Using a business card and website that look legit at first glance. After a bit of due dilligence the truth is revealed. The address on the card is 159 Park Lane, Brisbane CA, 94005. I googled the address, contaced the actual occupants, they have never heard of this company or the people related. The name on the card "George Brandt" is a fake identity. The police confirmed the guys name was actually Nathan Aaron Fletcher. The phone number 415-213-2144 is a VoIP or App based number to elude identification. A personal cell phone number was used as 302-490-7898 and is a T-Mobile burner phone. The email is a gmail account with a generic picture and no name in the profile. The content of the webpage is completely plagarized from legitimate sources.
Police helped to identify Michael James Buckland during a specific incident. This person claims to have started the LLC and structured the fake company presence. Michael even admitted to the police that they do not have a business license to work in Florida.
Although they are working here from England without work visas, using fake names and credentials, cheating taxes, preying on less fortunate people, and spreading environmentally damaging materials, each crime is too small for the appropriate government agency to engage.
I genuinly hope this post helps to prevent other victims of these criminals.
