Cafe Bizou $150.00 ripoff! Kept my deposit for my daughters bridal shower and wanted more! Sherman Oaks California
I paid a deposit of $150.00 in Feb. for my daugters bridal shower at Cafe Bizou. They issued a numbered and registered "gift certificate" as my reciept. I was going to have a party of 42.
When my wallet was stolen the reciept was in it. I phoned them for a week to have them cancel the reciept and let them know it was stolen. The manager Ryan never called me back.
When I finally reached him, his response was "too bad"" we don't have time to bother with letting the cashier know your reciept was stolen and it is too much trouble to reissue another one (even though my name is on it and it was numbered) I asked him if he was just going to steal my money and The manager said "thats the way it is".

And they called me! They have my $150.00 what nerve. I'm taking my business and my money elsewhere.

Cafe Bizou called me to find out how many people I was having for my daughters bridal shower. I can not believe they could not know how angry I am and that I would spend more money there. Even after The manager said the money I paid was gone and would not be credited to the bill. They have my $150.00 what nerve. I'm taking my business and my money elsewhere.
