BuyCarsNow For $300.00, guaranteed to advertise & sell my vehicle within 90 days, or receive a complete refund. New Westminister Alberta
My story in identical to "Gotscammed".
I listed my vehicle for sale in a truck trader, within days of the listing I was contacted by BuyCarsNow. They told me they had a couple of interested buyers, and if I paid them $300.00 they would complete the deal or make another one within 90 days. If they were unable to do so within that time frame they would refund my money in full.
After payment was processed on my credit card I did not receive one phone call or email. When the 90 days were up I called for my refund and the hoop jumping began! I was told I had to downlown paper work from their website, fill it out, have a lawyer review and sign it (at my expense of course), then submit it to see if I qualifed for a refund.
Well, needless to say, it is now 5 months later, I've made numerous phone calls, and emails, I have been told that I "qualify, you just need to wait till the end of the month".
I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau. My recent attempts to contact them by phone results in a full mail box so I am now unable to leave messages. I get the feeling that this "company" have closed shop. It is also very important to note that they keep changing their name. Their website is now called BuyGreatAutos.com. As "gotscammed" said, DO NOT give these people your money.
Also I would like to add, that while my truck was listed in the truck trader I received no less than 8 phone calls from people offering the same service as BuyCarsNow. I believe thay are all scam artists.

BuyCarsNow's address is listed incorrectly in the rep-off report, it should read New Westminister, British Columbia, Canada.

The phone number they previously provided 1-877-588-8813, goes immediately to a recorded message. You can no longer leave a return message as their mail box is full. They are currently operating under the title BuyGreatAutos.com and their phone number is 1-866-753-2451 (according to their website).
