Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am not going to use any names just for legal reasons that could pop up.

I was upside down on a Jeep I got at Chevy of Bellevue [don't go there either].  My "friend" the car salesman at Buick of Kirkland called me to say he had the perfect car for me, that would get me out of my loan on the Jeep. I told him I don't want a Buick. He says the Buick has rebates which will help the negative equity on my Jeep. So, I go  down there, and he's hyping up the warranty, etc. I tell him the car payment is too high, and he is not being transparent about the new loan or how the rebates are helping me.  This occurred 3-24-18.

So, vulnerable me says okay. Now, my mother had just passed in Feb, so I was not as strong, nor together enough to  think as clearly as I usually do. I acquiesced, trusting in him. He goes on vacation the next day. Two days later I call  the dealership questioning the contract.

So, still being confused by this deal, and seeing how my "friend" has screwed me, I called him in June to tell him, I want out of the deal that has left me in a very stressful and impossible situation, one which can not afford.  He goes stone cold on me and said, "You signed the paperwork".  How could he f*** me over like that?  NO ETHICS!

So, I put a review on Yelp and sent my complaint to the AG of WA State. Well, they sent it to Buick of Kirkland.  I get a call from one of the sales mgrs. I told him everything how it happened. He said he'd get back to me, but hasn't, and it's been a week plus.

BUYER BEWARE!!!  CROOKED SALESMEN AND NO ETHICS!!

If you work for Buick, you suck!

I don't have buyer's remorse! You sound like you work for Buick. The salesman who was supposed to be a friend, must've been pretty hard up for a sale, if he called me to make a sale.  What a complete azz he turned out to be.  I guess they really don't care about customer satisfaction, cuz there's none here.

I own my part in this. Why did he set me up? Only for the money...that is all!  Shallow POS.

GROW UP

Grow up and learn to be a smart consumer. A smart consumer READS the contract BEFORE agreeing to its terms. Again, since you just can't stand it when somebody points out what you did to cause the problem, find fault the THAT person rather than examine your actions. You haven't any clue about me or my profession. Again, this is a public site and if you just can't stand the flak, don't post on any public site because it's is very obvious what you did to cause this. Grow up, learn from your mistake and never, ever do something like this again.

Nothing in your report supports your accusation that the salesman is crooked and nowhere in your complaint did you state that the seller has violated the terms of the contract. Your statements imply that you failed to read the financial agreement but you also stated that you knew the payments were too high prior to signing the contract.

The attorney general can do nothing for you because you are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse.

Do you go to various reports and make rebuttals for fun?  I think you're a troll.

You have missed my points and made this report all of my fault.  You obviously are a lawyer wannabe. NOT!!!

I was sought out and preyed upon, when this salesman knew of my financial situation, etc. I did not use my mother's passing for sympathy.  You are a mean, angry cretin who plays the blame game.  Stay off my report.

If you just can't stand when somebody points out what YOU caused, then don't post on a public site! Anybody with half a brain, READS what they are obligating themselves to BEFORE agreeing to be obligated by a legally binding contract! The Sleazy American Car Business knows there are enough stupid people out there who won't, so they play their games with them. I mean how much brain power does it take to look at the numbers BEFORE agreeing to them or disagreeing? You can complain all you want about this so-called friend, but the FACT is YOU should have read the contract rather than blindly trusting him. Everybody has heard of the SLEAZY reputation of the car business. That FACT makes it imperative we READ what we are agreeing to BEFORE we agree to it! So go ahead and get mad because I pointed out who caused this. Maybe you'll remember my response the next time you are presented with a contract to sign!

I am well aware of my part.

How many people read their contracts when they're being inundated with forms to sign?  Huh?  Don't you spew your venom at me when a so-called friend is doubling my loan and raising my payment 40%.  I'm ranting and didn't ask for your 'help', nor anyone else's.  Stick to your wheelchair and stfu.

How Could This Happen?

You claim the salesman put you into a car loan you could not afford and after the signing of the papers, you call them to dispute the contract. What is it you "discovered" in the contract? The finance contract contains line items very plainly written such as amount financed, down payment, amount of monthly payment and how many payments are to be made. All this SAME information was on that contract BEFORE you agreed to those terms by signing said contract. Why didn't you object to those terms BEFORE you signed the contract??? Let me guess, you didn't even bother to READ the contract before you signed it! COMMON SENSE does not get turned off because of a death in the family, so don't play that sympathy card. If you would have read those terms before agreeing to them, you wouldn't be complaining now. You can write to anybody you wish or post to any review site but what you're telling the world is YOU failed to use common sense to read the contract before signing it! Don't bother saying it, I'll tell you ahead of time, I don't work for them.
