I hired Erik Knudson dba Boondocks Clearing aka Erik's Tree Service in June to clear a 100x200 ft lot of land. He estimated $3000 and wanted $1500 up front. I only paid $1200 and told him I would bring the other $300 after I saw progress the next day. He only worked 2 hours the first day and pushed over a few bushes the and never came back. He kept making excuses about his brakes "falling off" his truck, or his gear box needing to be replaced. I have attempted to mail him demand letters, but everything gets ignored and returned by USPS. I will be filing a lawsuit in the next few days.
