Don Rady has a horrible reputation in real estate.  He is known for not getting back to people, clients, or other agents.  I have had numerous contacts with him and he is very unprofessional (slimey) and I would not want to enter into any transaction with him.  Agents avoid showing his property because he is so difficult to work with and has a shyster mentality.  They also know he will not answer questions, or solve transaction problems. 

He is very unprofessional and appears slow and mentally challenged when attempting to conduct a conversation.  Money certainly does not buy class, education, ethics, morals, or brains. 

Please do not use his services.  If you want to work with an ethical agency or agent, go to a top agency like Prudential, McMillin, Coldwell Banker, Keller Williams, or one of the top agencies and ask for their top producer.  Most likely that person has earned a reputation of hard work, ethics, and honesty.  But please run from any property associated with Don Rady or his Value Real Estate.  Save yourself from incurring any problems and avoid, avoid, avoid him and his company at all costs.

The person who wrote this was the legal aid lawyer who represented the old lady. It wasn't my responsibility to do a psyc. evaluation and be her care giver. I never met her, and we didn't rent to her.  Actually her legal aid laywer should have taken responsibility, being it was his client. Ie; we won in court, he wasn't happy, so he writes a bad report about me. We have evicted over 500 people, many of these people blame me and my company to justify their living for free. We try and help good honest  hard working people, and work with them the best we can, but when legal aid gets involved, our experience is they appear to only represent the dishonest. We aren't peoples charity, and do not allow people to live for free. Being we have handled way over 2,000 properties and we don't actually have clients ourselves, there are going to be people who don't like us, that is sad, but part of the business.

I feel law enforcement should pay closer attention to the ways Don Rady conducts his business. He Prides himself in making personal threats to individuals seeking to legally recover what was wrongfully obtained by Mr. Rady. In his own words, "You don't know who you are f@&"!@g with", "i'm very well connected and can pull serious strings to get what I want every time". These threats come from someone who's father donated 60 million to childrens hospital. Don Rady's own employees refer to him as "The Devil himself" due to his heartless actions and his obsession for making more money! I think the moment you are capable of putting an elderly mentally disabled senior out of their home of more than 20 years and literraly put her and her wheelchair on the street without concern for their safety or wellbeing, that pretty much describes your character. Need I say more? Don Rady seriously needs to be brought back to reality and off the high horse he's riding. I seriously think he truly believes the statement he's made when saying "he's untouchable" and is riding it all the way to the bank. Never gloat when you reach the top cause the only move after the top is the fall back down!

Value T sales really gives home owners the opportunity to sale or cure default. In two different transactions they postponed trustee's sale for over 6 months without any additional fees to the homeowner, also when cured NOD they waived part of the defaulted interest rate to the homeowner in good faith. I think this really tells that they are in the mortgage business to Help the homeowner save their homes, first by offering a loan when institutional lenders reject you and second by helping while you find a way to successfully exit the home loan, whether you sale or refi.  

That Mr. Rady buys foreclosed properties doesn't mean he is corrupt, if you had money you would do the same, invest it.

If someone is making mtg payments on time there is no way on this earth the loan will end up in the NOD department, therefore the homeowner shouldn't be  blaming other parties for the result of his irresponsible actions.

Best to you next time you purchase a home.

I do not wish to dissclose my name but this man and his fraudulent operation took my house when i was just a child and the more I grow up the more it all starts to make since. The more I read the more I find that I am not the only victim. I know exactly what this man is up to and he destroyed everything my family had. The original report has true facts and it goes even deeper but society cant believe this becasue he donates money to charities like "Radys" Childrens Hospital. You think he cares "No" he is just further more dipping his hand in the honey by having a huge tax write off. I am and will devote my life to finding you. Just look at the Rip Report on Don Rady not paying Jose for the work on the "forclosed" or another stolen house Jose invested his own money in to. I am still young and havent figured out where all the pieces are or who the players are but I sugest you quit while your ahead are and jump out the game before the game and this Jew  Don Rady  screws you over as he does eventualy to all his assosiates. The person who wrote this report is 100% wrong. We have since sued and won for Malicious Prosecution. We were successful in getting this person claimed as a Vexatious Litigant. And this person used to be a lawyer, is now disbarred (not just suspended, but disbarred). This person threatened to kill my wife & myself if we didn't give the house back, after they missed years of payments and multiple BK filings. This person has been screwing the world and everyone around them for years, less now that we are done with them. Their real name is not the one in the complaint. This is my real name below. Don Rady
