Blue Bell Mountain Coffee deceptive purchase...beware don't expect anything but your money stolen Ahuachapan El Salvador
Won an auction with this company on ebay. Paid same day- October 16, 2012. Coffee was supposed to ship December 2012. Sent correspondence, they said it was delayed to Januray 2013. Days go by and I send another correspondence, they respond it will ship February 2013. Another round and I get March, another round and I get April- the coffee is already harvested and it is clearing customs.
That was all lies. Now it is June 2013 and no coffee. These people need to be booted off e-bay, as they pretend they are following the rules set forth by ebay for future crop purchase. That is a COMPLETE lie. Ebay only lets you sell future crops if it is within 30 days. Unfortunately, you do not realize you are getting ripped off until it is too late for you to get your money either from ebay or from paypal or your credit card company.
The whole time they were telling a lie and stalling saying the coffee is delayed, they were still selling coffee on ebay. So they do not have enough coffee to send to the people that paid,but they are still selling future crops- that should tell everyone that they are crooks.
As of today- June 4, 2013, I have no coffee. They also stopped listing on ebay, but are still a registered user- so they will be back and all of us should be beware. They also have another lie on their website. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES. If you recently paid- challange the bill with ebay, paypal, or our credit card company and GET YOUR MONEY BACK
