Blindsgalore.com ripoff It's been TWO Months since I placed my order, no blinds and no response from company!! Internet
I ordered my custom wood blinds on March 4th, 2003. I have made several phone calls to the company, and was put on hold for 1 hour each time. Finally, after speaking with someone with very poor customer service skills, I was told that the blinds were "backordered" from the manufacturer. Let me add that the male person I spoke with did not speak very good english.
My shipping date was set back another 2 weeks. That shipping date came and went, and still no blinds. I have been trying to call in the past week, and now there is a message given about a "system upgrade", and there is nobody available to speak with over the phone.
I have tried to email the company as well, but I haven't received a response from anyone. I have gone to the website to enter my confirmation number to see if my shipping date has changed, but now I can't even get a response from that anymore.
Next, I will be disputing this charge with my credit card company. This company has very poor service!!! Do they work out of a box???

It appears that BlindsGalore is having some financial problems and has gone out business? Their website is up, but you call their phone and just get a recording. They allow you to place orders, but will they ship it? It appears that they are not shipping product. Here are the reviews that are coming in on the bizrate website I would be very cautious about ordering from them.
