Bill Heard/ Sanford FL. ripoff business from hell Sanford Florida
I had purchased a 1999 Carmaro in May 2002. Within 1 year I have made the following repairs to the vehicle. New Air conditioner compressor once I pulled vehicle off the lot that night the air compressor went. During the first week I was washing the car and paint started chipping on the front hood. Had to purcahse a new alternator, and a new battery. I have a short in my electrical system that my mechanic cannot locate it keeps on blowing my signal lights. Found out tire rim is bent after purchase of 2 sets of new tires. First set was purchased 3 months after vehicle was purchased was advised by tire person that the tires I had on vehicle were dry rotted. My window motor for my passenger side window is starting to go the window stops in mid action of closing. I am informed I need new studs now.
I was told by Bill Heards salesman that all my fluids were changed before purchasing vehicle come to find out from my mechanic that they lied so there will go about another $350. Oh I almost forgot to mention that a month after I purcahsed vehicle my gas foot peddle came off while I was driving and I lost control and almost went into a wall.. I feel violated and ripped off and most definately taked advantage of My experiance with Bill Heard has been terrible. I regret buying a vehicle from them
