ON MAY 15 O5 I WENT TO BILL HEARD CHEVROLET LOOKING AT THEIR CARS, I HAD NOT EVEN GOT OUT OF MY CAR YET AND THEY WERE SALES MEN ALL AROUND ME. I ASKED FOR THE USED CAR SECTION AND ONE GUY NAME GORDON SHIFLETT SHOWED ME THE WAY I FOUND I FOUND A TRUCK I LIKED SO I ASK THE PRICE HE SAID $20000 I SAID NOT A BAD PRICE FOR THAT TRUCK THE TRUCK IS A 2000 GMC SIERRA Z71 4X4 REALLY NICE TRUCK. I DROVE IT AND LIKED IT. SO I THEN ASK ABOUT TRADING MY CAR IN ON THAT TRUCK AND TOLD HIM MY CREDIT WAS NOT SO GREAT HE SAID NO PROLBEM. WELL THEY APPRAISEWD MY CAR FOR
$12,500 I SAID OK SO DID PAPER WORK THEY SAID I APPROVED THRU BILL HEARDS BANK, I SIGNED THE CONTRACT PAPERS AND ALL AND TO DAY 05/018/05 NATIONAL CAR CREDIT CALLED ME UP SAYING THEY WERE TRYING TO APPROVE ME FOE THE LOAN ON THE TRUCK I SAID I THOUGHT I WAS ALREADY APPROVED NO THEY SAID. SO I LATER CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GET ME APPROVED THRU THEM THAT I HAD TO CALL THE DEALER ABOUT WHO APPROVED ME I DID THAT TOO NOTHING THEY SAY THEY WILL CALL ME BACK NOTHING. I JUST DONT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY SAY YOU ARE APPROVED AND THEN NOT BE. I JUST HOPE I DO NOT LOSE MY TRUCK NOW SINCE I TRADED MY OTHER CAR IN. DOES ANY ONE HAVE ANY ADVICE PLEASE TELL ME

returned their truck and still no trade back.

i was informed to return their trade to them and demand my trade back .will i did that and i still have no car,always they told me that they was going to reposs the truck i bought .but yet it was never mind to start with .others customers were seen driving both my trade and the truck i was trying to buy .i have cotacted my attorney he said it was all a big mistake on there part

i caleed dealer ship again at 4;00 pm i spoke with terry gilmore the maneger he said my loan was a pending loan i said no that is not what mt contract states i told him i wanted my trade back and that i would return his truck he said i cant do that ,so now what
