Bill Heard Chevrolet Help me! They want to take my car back! Kennesaw Georgia
Someone from Bill Heard called today. I did a trade in on crappy car got $1000 and they sent it to auction. Thought all financing was done, but got a call from Bill Heard today stating the finance company will no longer deal with them and they want me to return the car. They said they are trying to get my car back from auction - if it's even still there. They said if I don't bring the car back they are going to come get it. Is this possible? How can they just take the car without any warning! Does anyone know what to do? I just want my old car of $1000 so I can have a down payment for a new car!
