My wife and I have made several purchases from Bill Heard Chevrolet in the past years. I read the weekend sales paper and called the finance department to see what was the interest rate for the new 2007 Tahoe this weekend. I spoke with Caleb Nelson finance manager, he told me they have LOW RATES this weekend for everyone.

Well my wife and I went to the dealership, we purchase the 2007 Tahoe and traded in our Avalanche. Yes we knew that we where upside down in our trade, oh well we put $3500.00 down to help cover the negative balance of our truck.

When we got to Finance the young man talked about payment terms interest rate and service contracts. I really had a problem with the interest rate, I felt as if he was trying to stick it to me. The young man discussed my credit history with me, I had previously sign for my son and he had some late payments on his loan with GMAC, now that has effected my credit which is the reason I was offer 10.95 rate.

If the finance guy had not disclose this information of asked me a questions regarding regarding my credit history I would not have known my own son has help screw my credit up.

One GOOD Experience, I knew my loan was Approved when I drove my truck off the lot. The finance guy typed the information and sent it to the Bank for approval. When I left customer service dept he had good news "Approved AS CALL" he stated.

Check your credit, if you extend your credit to ours, make sure they are paying as agreed, or you are in trouble.

Repeat Customer HAPPY!

I went back to the same Bill Heard lot in Huntsville and purchased a silver 2007 monte carlo from the same sales man. I am very happy with my car. I still have the car and was not forced to return it. My parents bought the car for me but I am paying them back monthly

I stopped at the Bill Heard Lot in Huntsville lot to purchase a 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo. I was allowed to take the car for a 24- 48 test drive. I was forced to return the car by my parents. I was very disapointed when I had to do so. I really wanted this car. I told my salesman Calvin that my parents made me return the car and I was sorry I had to do so. I was told by my salesman "thank you for trying to buy a car from us" . I told the sales manager Tim Green I prefer my monte carlo be a 2004-2005 ls or lt with low miles a sunroof and foglights and I prefer the color black.

I dont understand what the problem is here. Why would you write to rip off report and say negative things when at the end you say that your overall experience was "happy"?
