Biggs Cardosa Associates has excelled themselves in ways they've never done before. Biggs Cardosa Associates is now proceeding on incarcerating an employee named Bradbury they fired over 4 years ago. It's not enough that they ruined his life personally and professionally.
They continue to garnish his wages and levy his bank account. They even keep him from paying his bills. And they don't want him to display the excellent test results he got on his California Structural Engineer Exam. And he has to write even more court papers. Why won't Steve Biggs and his crony employees quit harassing this person? Now he threatens this former employee with incarceration for contacting his own one-year-old daughter.
This is the same man who allegedly allows his two dogs to take dumps on his Persian rugs. This is a man who allegedly is an alcoholic and according to his neighbors has a bar in his house that's larger than most rooms in his house. This is a man who couldn't stay married to his firm wife Carolyn Biggs. This man allegedly fails to pay back wages to his employees and violates IRS laws. This is a man who banks his overtime so that he can collect the interest off from it.
This is a man who gives out bonuses, but takes them back so that you still lose money - which really isn't a bonus after all. Call him Steve Biggs-iot. Also, his firm Biggs Cardosa Associates backs the Yes on Measure B campaign, bring BART to San Jose with a large $7500 donation. But the public must vote no on this measure because they will use their power of the purse to raid the email accounts of their critics.
Based on this, Biggs Cardosa Associates has proven they hate America. This is the same man who has a daughter named Brianna Biggs who allegedly sued K-Mart because she didn't get her own way. She's now known as Brianna Brewer and may work at HDR in Folsom, CA.
Steve's son is Jeffrey Biggs aka the Jeffe. He also participates in the harassment of Bradbury because he did nothing. It is alleged that Jeff was fired from Amazon Consulting when his staff members discovered how his father treated Bradbury after he was fired. Jeffrey Biggs is now employed at Abaca Consultants of San Jose, the company founded by magalomaniac and major league a-hole Steve Kirsch, the man who wanted to throw a man in jail over little scratch marks on his car - and it was featured in the newspaper. This goes over well with Gina who may be working at Jack Nadel International.
In addition, thanks to his attorney, Andrew Castricone of the San Fran-sicko law firm of Gordon & Rees, he and Biggs Cardosa Associates subpoenaed Mr. Bradbury's email accounts. Imagine how Castricone's own sick daughters will turn out. Castricone is a 1981 graduate of Guilderland High School in Albany, NY. Thanks to Castricone, Guilderland is on the chopping block in NY State! Castricone is assisted by Lisa Prince. The reason they are doing this - to send Bradbury to jail. Double jeopardy be damned.
Can I tell you then real reason they are doing this? Because their employees cannot come up with any good engineering ideas for his company without raiding Mr. Bradbury's personal emails. Castricone's actions rate that of possessing kiddie porn. Would Castricone do this to his own daughters? After all, Steve Biggs and Mahvash Harms as well as the rest of the Biggs Cardosa Associates employ have never heard of invasion of privacy. In fact, their mindset is pre-1776 based on their actions. Plus Steve Biggs supports John McCain.
Who signed this ridiculous order? The Santa Clara County Superior Court Judge the dis-Honorable John J Garibaldi, a true San Fran-sicko who went to the same school as Steve Biggs. He went to Lowell High School - the one with Benjamin Bratt of A&E's the Cleaner. According to the order, this employee can't even use Biggs Cardosa Associates as part of his job history or else he'll go to jail. He can't even use publicly available records to show off his hard work.
In fact, neocon-n**i John J. Garibaldi had the audacity to tell this employee how to feel. Of course, Garibaldi blocked evidence to deny this guy a defense. Ask about her stupidity when she told Bradbury snow loads don't matter when calculations obtained from Bradbury and the Fresno County Building Department say otherwise.
In addition, Mahvash Harms believes that 5 foot wide stairs in a building control its behavior - Palo Alto Courthouse. Mahvash is so bad she wouldn't even give Bradbury his day in court. Mahvash is unfair, folks. When she was employed at Ruth & Going, Mahvash allegedly did the same thing to other employees as well before joining Biggs Cardosa Associates in the mid 1990s..

Ron, explain to Lisa and her accounting co-workers why you don't use the Constitution.

John Brygider is pathetic. He allows his boss to torture Bradbury. In fact, he even gets his wife Kathy Brygider in on the plot as well. Kathy Brygider is the IT person at the San Jose Mercury News. The reason they refused to report Bradbury's horrific story: they need to keep John's wife at the paper. Of course, more advertisers will drop their ads from the Mercury News when people found out that they refused to help Bradbury against Biggs Cardosa Associates and their unlawful searches of his personal emails.

And it's going to get worse for this man. Biggs Cardosa Associates, employing Troy Swenson and KKK Karin Kuffel, loves reading the emails of employees they fired over four years ago because they cannot get any engineering ideas of their own.
