I would like to start out to say that I am very sorry you got ripped-off. Not that it makes you feel better, but you are not alone! I have been ripped-off by these people too. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and after 6-7 weeks I got a response from BidZ stating they would give my money back and they would make sure it did not happen in the future. Problem was, being a retailer, I had already sold the jewelry and gemstones. I contacted my customers, and returned their money. Try and contact the BBB and perhaps you can get your money returned.
