Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This review is for the service department only. I prepaid for maintenance. Everything went well the first few times (minus the attempts to upsale for services you don't need and and the average at least hour and a half wait time). I made an appointment last week and was told by a woman I believe named Camia (not sure how to spell it) that today is my final "prepaid maintenance". Just now I was told that is not factual and I am looking at $110 maintenance I was not prepared for. Apparently even though I had the name of the person, nothing said will be honored. Last time I was here I drove the 35 minutes for nothing because they set the maintenance light wrong in my car. A woman named Kim Vest on October 6 at 10:20 am told me they would give me a $100 Visa gift card on my next visit. So now I'm using the "gift" towards services that I was told last week was part of my package. What a rip-off!!!!! I will NEVER buy a car or have services here again. No one was even remotely apologetic. Up until today I was a satisfied customer and referred a few people. After today not only will I not be back I will tell everyone I know to steer clear. Short sighted customer service and if they continue practices like this they will have a terrible reputation. I wrote and dated everything to avoid this type of thing and it didn't matter this time because they don't back their reps' word. Buyer beware!!!!

You DO NOT need to go to ANY dealer for service! If you do so, you are setting yourself up for price gouging, poor customer service and unqualified people working on your car in addition to fraud/deception! The fraud/deception which is common place on the sales floor has moved into the service department. Find yourself a good independent mechanic to do your work. As such, you will get much better prices, people who actually care about you as a continued customer and who will treat you with honesty. A good independent shop will usually be owned by an older mechanic who employs very skilled, experienced people. Ask around. You will find one! I do not mean Walmart or a chain. Remember, dealerships are top heavy with fraud and deception which is a mainstay of the Sleazy American Car Business!
