They destroyed my Life and stole everything
On 05/09/15 I agreed to have Best Choice Delivery USDOT-2106950 MC-734799, AKA Shleppers Moving and Storage

I paid $100.00 by credit card and $700.00 by Money Order, Pay to the order of Best Storage.
The agreed upon balance of $2,300.00 at delivery Tulsa, Ok. Uniform Household Bill of Laden and Freight Bill (B.O.L.)
No.R5801101. Best Choice Delivery and Storage 7315 Greenbush Ave., North Hollywood, CA, 91605.
Due to circumstances beyond my control, I requested that the delivery date be extended, And we agreed a storage fee
of 375.00 per month would be applied. I payed 600.00 a month thru the summer of 2014, with the emails, texts and
verbal telephone calls, we agreed the extra monies would be applied to the delivery fees.
I sent Gregorio Acosta a total of almost $6,000.00 thru Walmart from June 2014 thru Mar. 2015. In the month of April I
paid a total of $2,300.00, as we agree this would insure my delivery during the 1st week of may.
Every week during May I spoke with Gregorio Acosta on the phone and he assured me all late fees and storage fees were
paid, and my delivery was imminent.
I returned to california in June 2015 to attend my son's high school graduation ceremonies, and on June 12, 2015 I went
to the above address and spoke to a man by the name of Zion Bitan, Chief Operations Officer (COO) tel. 1-800-769-9337,
dir. (818) 284-4925, [email protected]. He informed me that he did not recognize the the (B.O.L.). and would be
filing a police report, I gave him a copy of the B.O.L. and my contact information, he told me he would include me in the
police report and call me the following monday. I have not heard from him since.
I called Gregorio Acosta and asked him where my property was and also informed him that I was at the location on the
(B.O.L) he immediately lost his cool salesman like demeanor and hung up on me.
I now know my biggest mistake was not calling a policeman at that moment and filing a report, I will regret that the
rest of my life.
A few days after I returned to Tulsa, I received a text message from Gregorio Acosta that my property was at the above
address, I texted him back asking him when I would get my property, I have received no response
For the past month I have been texting, calling and emailing all of the above, and no one will answer any of
communication attempts. My life has been ruined, my family history, my life's work in my journals and everything that
meant anything to me is gone. I'm devastated.
These are horrible people, vile disgusting human beings, liars crooks and thieves, I have documentation, including emails
and text messages to back up my story. Someone should pay for what happened to me.

Dear Phillip,
Sorry to hear about the ordeal you've been through--sounds awful.
Here's the thing--we are not the party that hurt you, and in fact, we are actually victims of the same crime.
You are not a customer of Shleppers Moving & Storage. You didn't contact us, hire us, or receive services from us. Put simply, we have no relationship to you or your situation at all.
Rather, you hired Greg Acosta of Best Choice Delivery, a company and person with whom we have no affiliation or relationship. That individual and company have harmed you, and us, and other moving companies. That is their MO. They lure people like you in, and then they give the address of other, legitimate moving companies. We have been in contact with other terrific, well known, and highly respected moving companies that have had this same crime perpetrated by the same individual.
I called you a few months ago to discuss this with you. Your response was that you didn't care. It is difficult for me, even now, to understand how you don't care who is the perprator of your crime. If someone robbed your house, wouldn't you want the guilty party, the robber, to be punished? How is it justice if it's anyone punished, and not the actual perpetrator of the crime?
You seemed to understand this when we spoke, but somehow in your quest for justice, you are willing to behave unjustly yourself, which is unfortunate. Someone caused you harm, you want justice, and so your solution is to cause a third party harm.
Shleppers had ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with what happened to you. Someone gave you our address, and that's where it ends. Sorry again this happened to you--it really is unfortunate. However, your response, to reel us in and accuse us of something we had nothing to do with...it's really quite terrible and unethical of you, sir. Just because you've been wronged does not entitle you to recklessly harm others.

If thet don't know what happened , why won't they file a police report and help bring this people to justice.
Because the truth will come out, about their organiztion and criminal activities.

My name is Michael and I am an owner of Shleppers Moving & Storage. I have never heard of Best Choice Delivery. I have never heard of any of it's employees, and the writer of this complaint acknowledges that he hired Best Choice Delivery and NOT Shleppers Moving & Storage. Evidently, Best Choice Delivery, whoever they are, either uses or used our address. That's about all I know.
Best Choice Delivery, according to the complaint, is a totally different company with its own license numbers.
Shleppers has no knowledge of this company, or of this customer, and while we fee badly for what's happened to him, it has nothing at all to do with us.
The customer came to our storage facility to tell us his story. We informed him at the time that we are not Best Choice Delivery, and that we are Shleppers. He spoke with Zion who is an owner of Shleppers, and Zion informed him that we are not Best Choice Delivery and that we've never heard of either them. Obviously, it's hard to help him find his stuff, when he's not our customer...
Bottom line-this report is being filed against the wrong company. We are not AKA Best Choice Delivery, we don't know who they are, we don't know this customer, and we don't owe him anything.
While his situation is unfortunate, it's equivalently wrong that he has chosen to redirect his anger at us. We are now victims, not only of Best Choice Delivery, whoever they may be, but also of this person Philip, who acknowledges he's never spoken to a single employee of our company and that he did not hire us.
