Best Chemical Ripoff Claim to fertilize do not show say you have termites which you do not cash check never answer phone total scam Magnolia Texas
Best Chemical called me and asked to take a free sample of my lawn. I agreed, about a week later they called me back and told me i had fungus, and it would get rid of the weeds. They told me they were running a "special" for $211 for 6 months of treatment. I agreed and the "tech" came and sprayed something the next day. I was told the "tech" would be able to answer all my questions. I am surprised he new what grass was. They thyen called me 2 days later and told me I had termites, and they would be in my area again the next day and would spray for a deal of $160.
I got suspicious and call Terminix. Terminix came out and told me i do not have a termite within 5 feet of my property. I then started trying to call "best chemical" several times with no avail. I left numerious messages and stated to really get mad. I went to whitepages.com and did a reverse phone number look up for 281-252-3535 and found an address in Wincrest subdivsion off of FM1488. I went there and talked to the "principal" told him of my problem, not able to get ahold of anyone and so on, the termite thing, and was told it is summer time and they are busy thats why no one called me back, on the termite thing i was told he can not controll what his "techs do in the field. I also noticed a bag of Scott's bonus S in his garage and asked him about it, he had no answer. I was told i would see a check back. Nothing yet
