Beserra led me on to believe that he was an attorney and was given a deposit for his consulting services. But when upon finding out he was not a retired attorney rather than a lawyer who was forced to resign with criminal charges pending from the state bar he has refused to return my deposit. I gave him the deposit only because I believed him to be legit, since he is not, my deposit should be returned. Now I have to sue him in small claims court in order to get my money back. I should obviously have checked him out on line because he has such a negative internet presence.
