I was shopping in Target when a young girl about 21 yrs. old was acting as if she was shopping, stopped me to say how beautiful my daughter is and that we look exactly alike. She engaged me in conversation about how everyone must think we look alike, then suddenly asked if my daughter likes Hannah Montana. Next thing, she hands me a postcard inviting us to an audition for a major production casting call for two new kids shows taping in Orange County and San Diego.

The next day we went, along with about 100 or more families. They had my kids read two lines of a script on camara, we had a brief interview with a young woman

who said they would only be calling back a choice few kids for a second audition.

We got a call back two days later. She said my husband and I both had to be present because the kids would need work permits and they want to be sure we both supported them in their desire to become actors. We had an appt. which was represented to me as "one on one' with Katie Morris, the girl who called them back.

When we got to the offices in Santa Ana, the red flags went up immediately. My husband couldn't believe I had been so scammed and that he took off early from work to be there. We were taken into a room with many other families only to be shown a power point style marketing presentation. They engaged the kids asking them questions about what movie stars they wanted to meet and showed videos of actors. At one point, one of the young kids in the group about 3 years old was fussing, as kids that age do, and the speaker asked them to leave the room.

We were told we would have to join the membership and pay from $2,300-$4,999 to be a part of this opportunity. They were getting ready to do the "big Close" and take each family into a room individually when we got up and left. I urge anyone approached by these people to turn and run the other way.

They are a complete scam and the office looked like a temporary place that won't be there next week. Rented furniture, cheap framed posters on the wall, and sleezy looking emplyees with rotting teeth. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and warning everybody I can. BEWARE of this scam!!

I've been a member since 2006, initially very skeptical but signed up because I did not want to lose an opportunity for my son to have a shot at Modeling and Acting. 3 years later my son has earned 10x more than my membership fee. The membership fee is fair based on the amount of acting, modeling and photo costs in the industry. My son developed his self confidence and did recieve work in just 90 days. I understand the investment is sizable but my son was worth the investment. The activities and opportunities once in the program is real, it's just a matter of how passionate and talented your kid really is and as a parent do you back your kid! These rip-off reports that shed a negative light on Be screams financial reasons only, that isn't fair! Not all kids make it that's the reality but the kids learn so many life lesson that our schools today doesn't teach.
