BCR Property Management is a ripoff fraud that Manipulates college students & steals security deposits. Blacksburg, Virginia
Deducted 95% of deposit for items NOTED on move in sheet, poor maintenance of properties, overlooked underage drinking on premises. Ghetto practices such as PAINTING sinks in apt, then charging when the latex paint flaked off after a year (duh!)
Ignored move-in sheet, charged for repairs they failed to make before I moved in (painted over nails, glow in the dark stars, etc). My vehicle was hit by a drunk tenant, parking lot was EXTREMELY small, and did not even provide enough spaces for legitimate tenants. Despite not providing enough spaces, the tenants had to pay for on street parking.
Were aware of massive parties, did nothing, and would not come and clean VOMIT off my doorstep, when part of my rent goes for MAINTENANCE OF PROPERTIES. Would not respond to extermination calls, made countless excuses.
ALL VIRGINIA TECH STUDENTS: Stay AWAY from BCR and 315 Clay Street, unless you are a binge drinker and love to party your parent's tuition money away. Unless you fall into this select group, your living experience will be nothing short of MISERABLE.
