I am soooooo embarrassed that I went for this CON job. Robert Kerner of (1055E Flamingo #822 Las Vegas, NV 89119)  has an unregistered Travel Business with no Business License. He hides behind the skirts of Holiday Travel America (6405 El Camino Real, Carlsbad, CA) to pull off a rather impressive scam effecting a 100 or so people.

The Holiday Travel America name is being bandied about by Robert Kerner, Condo Rental Club, BBK Ventures to stymie objections and questions about the NON existent Condo Rental Club which attempts to con $5,000 from Travel Agents throughout Canada and the US.  Travel Agents all over Canada and the U.S. are being swindled into paying $5,000 for an 'incentive' program (www.asuiteweek.com) that Robert Kerner/BBK Ventures/Condo Rental Club has misrepresented as a booking portal for Travel Agents.  This BBK Ventures, Condo Rental Club and Robert Kerner deserves a very close LOOK! He has no website, business license or Travel Sellers Permit. Yet, he is operating unfettered. Not that I want to give this rumor trash site more than a glance but fair should be fair no matter where.

My wife and I have been a purchasing client of BBK since late September of last year. I am a retired police detective and she is a former paralegal. The product that people seem to be questioning here is a product that we buy and resell for a profit.

We buy what they call a retail sale kit. In it there are 25 accommodation access cards. Each one of those cards allows the holder to access five (weekly) very inexpensive hotel or resort stays around the world. The website that they are referring to is where you make your reservations.

The website has thousands and thousands of weeks that can be booked wherever you want to go. Real easy to use. The prices start at $299.00 for a week and goes up from there.

Hawaii is usually the most money and I have seen those at just under $1000 for a nice condo around Waikiki. Which is a really good deal as well.

We sell the access cards for $499 retail. Meaning that the reserved weeks actually cost the user $100 plus the cost of the rental. This is still a really good deal for the consumer. If you add it up you could be getting a great place to stay in Orlando or Vegas or Mexico and more, for 4 of 5 Hundred dollars for a week. Thats like $60 to $70 a day. Heck you could spend that much or more for Motel 6.

The kit that we buy comes with some additional travel certificates that we gift to the buyers as well.

If you think of this card the same way you do a Sams Club or Costco card its easy to understand.

This turned out to be a nice business for us because we like to travel and its really cheap to go using these cards. We sell them at swap meets, craft fairs and trade shows.

I should add that one of the reasons that we decided to take this on is because you dont need a special license to sell the cards. My wife checked it out before we started. She said its like a legal loophole, since all we are selling is access to the website. Havent had a problem so far and we have been in a lot of shows in a lot of different states.

When people buy from us we show them how to use the website. Let them know that they can share this with their friends and family. Some people rent the weeks out for profit. I say do whatever works for you.

Bob (BBK) calls this program the Condo Rental Club. We use the same phrase when we introduce it to people that have an interest in buying. Nice guy. Easy to deal with. Always delivers when he says he will. Never took a penny from us that he did not deserve. On top of that we make a decent profit on each sale.

This company wanted to sell me a package of 25 so called cards for $5000. When I asked to buy the cards one at a time and try it out, I was told by someone (can't remember his name) promoting him that no smaller amount would be accepted. This made me very suspicious. This is besides the cost of the weekly vacations. He advertised that the vacations started at $299, but he forgot that he was charging $500 for a card for 5 weeks. I couldn't find one week that was $299 and I must say, I searched a long time. When I went to research the company, I could find no web site for Condo Rental Club, and this Robert guy as the owner and could not verify anything that showed this man is a legitimate business owner. He isn't registered as a travel seller. If I were you, I would stay away from this company and this guy.

#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

Sat, January 05, 2013

OMG! I don't know who Teddy really is. But I do know the person, the company and some of the programs that Robert Kerner and his company BBK have created over the last twenty years. This man is sterling in every way.

As an ex-employee who spent many years working with this man I can tell you that if you do right by him that he will do right by you. If you do your job and do it well, he will pay you very well and always on time. I also know that he has no patience or appreciation for dishonesty, disloyalty or ineptitude.

What you wrote and apparently want others to believe is a completely inaccurate fabrication of the truth. It certainly does not deserve the space that I found it on. Here's my guess. He fired you and you can't handle it.

If you are lucky enough for this man to want to employ you then you are indeed one of the fortunate few.

Thank you Mr. Kerner for your honesty, caring and your extreme generosity. It is because of you that we have retired very comfortably. Long live BBK!
