Barnes & Noble B&N Barnes & Noble Booksellers, Inc B&N, Barnes & Noble locks books I downloaded; won't let me read downloaded books
I started reading a book for my books club. Next day I was locked out. I got video of people reading demanding that I log in to read anything. B&N prevents me from reading all the books I bought including the ones I downloaded and started read.
Customer service is useless. They just tell me I can't get my money back.
B&N ripped me off for a whole lot of books. B&N won't let me read books I paid for and downloaded. B&N REQUIRES that I log in to read what is on my ipad. This control over what I read is repugnent and anti-American. Obscene!
