If I understand correctly, you signed up on a wellness plan with Banfield. Well, if this is so, then you signed a legal document that stated something to the effect of if you canceled the adreement for ANY reason, you would either be responsible for the services that your pet had recieved or the remainder of the agreement in full. That is why it's on your credit card. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience with the company. Please know, they are not all like that, I promise.
