I took both of my pets to the location in Conyers Georgia and this company did not satisfy me whatsoever. First of all, he asked me to put pressure on the dog's leg so that would stop the blood. I am not a vet's nurse. Second, my dog had a rash and he tried to charge me more money stating that customer service gave me the wrong plan. Third, he was in no respectful for other customers stating that they wanted to get something for nothing. And Final, I had to go to another vet to get my dog treatment for her rash and then pay more money. I called and cancel the service because the initial rep told if I was not happy I could. Now it is on my credit report and they assume that I am going to pay for rotten service.

If I understand correctly, you signed up on a wellness plan with Banfield. Well, if this is so, then you signed a legal document that stated something to the effect of if you canceled the adreement for ANY reason, you would either be responsible for the services that your pet had recieved or the remainder of the agreement in full. That is why it's on your credit card. I truly am sorry you had a bad experience with the company. Please know, they are not all like that, I promise.
