Balboa Capital They called my office and said I had not made my Payment LaJolla California
Balboa Capital called my office and said I was late on my lease payment and if I did not make the payment I would be turned over to collections. I paid them and gave them my banking information. I had changed backs a year ago and thought I did not input there info into the bank so they could debit my account.
After the first of the year my bookeeper asked me about the lease payment and she said we have no record of Balboa capital. We called them and they would not talk to us about thie contract.
I stopped the payment and they called. When we asked for paperwork in reguards to the leases they woul not provide us anything. All they sent us was a lease agreement that said it started in 2014 and had monthly payments of $1200 and yet we have no record of ever paying them and they refuse to give us any supporting documentation.
I need help on dealing with them.
