The Baby bullet seemed like a great idea for us as we were going to be new parents.  We purchased the Baby Bullet in Nov 2014. Our baby was not due till Dec of that year.  We are now March 2015 and we started to use the product.

We have used this product 3 times, once for Banana, once for Avacado and now we just finished useing it for Sweet potato.  After the sweet potato we went to clean the blade houseing and there was a crack in it.  We had purchased and extended warrantee for this product.

I started by calling Toys R Us who told me that the extended Warrantee only started after the Manufacturors Warrantee had run out. They gave me the number to Baby Bullets manufacturor.

I spoke to the customer representative who flat out told me that i would have to pay shipping and handling for the piece that needed to be replaced.  I didn't fall within the 30 money back garrantee.  I hadn't even opened the box with in that 30 days because we didn't need the product.  I asked to speak the the manager to, and then had to ask a second time bacause the manager thougtht he could just relay his message thru a customer service agent to me. 

By the end of the conversation i was made aware that the would replace the piece and not charge me anything for it.  They made it seem like it was an extra thing they were doing for me and that i should be grateful.  The fact of the matter is that this product was faulty and should have been replaced with out hassle or charge.  I will never buy another product from them again.
