New Haven,#2Consumer Suggestion
Wed, October 22, 2003
Stacey-welcome to the forum of hundreds of consumers that have fallen victim by Alyon technologies. I will give you the following suggestions that will definitely protect you from this company.
Write a formal letter of complaint to the attorney general in your state (make sure you include a copy of the bill you have just received from alyon technologies)
write a certified letter to alyon technologies disputing the bill and include a copy of the letter that you sent the attorney general also make sure that you let alyon technologies know that you are going to complaint to as many law enforcement agencies as possible such as the fbi, ftc, consumer protection and that you have no intention in paying their (censored)bill.
trust me it will work, I also received a (censored)bill almost a year ago and i made their existance miserable.

Evidently this person, Aylon, is a victim of a typographical error made by the original poster. If you will look at the address for the company being reported, it is indeed Alyon Technolgies being posted on, not Aylon.
I am not sure what the ED's options are in this case. It is a legitimate complaint of all the nastiness of Touboul and Alyon Technologies, so the post should stay. The ED WILL NOT alter anything in these posts, but in this case perhaps a correction can be made in the header to put a stop to Aylon being tormented by email over this. This is obviously an honest mistake and should be rectified. Besides, it messes up the search engine...this post will not show up when running a search because of the misspelling.
I had no idea that there would be someone out there with a name so close to Alyonguess we had all better watch our spelling in the future.

If you are Alyon Wilder at Alyon.net, why did you show your domain name signature as [email protected]?
I am confused.

To whom it may concern
My domain Aylon.net has nothing to do with any or what the last two people are claiming.
Aylon.net is my personal email account and is actually not even a website at the moment.
I have been receiving emails from all over the place about this rip off stuff that is going on and have actually come to conclusion after speaking with someone who called me and than later apologized about this that the offending domain is actually alyon.net and not Aylon.net.
Please look at the addresses and the website you have been referred to, if you have been receiving emails from forged emails from my domain Aylon.net please send them to me as I would like to have some evidence so I can prosecute the offending party at domain http://www.alyon.net/
Here is the information I got when I did a whois for alyon technologies
