Like many others, I received a bill from Aylon Technologies. My bill was for $420.54. This included a past due amount of $48.90 (for which I was never billed) and $371.64 for two days of calls occuring on 2-15-2003 and 2-16-2003. On 2-15-2003 Two Calls of 31 minutes each. The first beginning at 16:53:34 - and the second one beginning at 17:24:23.

Additionally I had Ten 1 Minute calls on 2-15-2003.

1. 22:00:06

2. 22:19:02

3. 22:26:09

4. 22:27:14

5. 22:51:25

6. 22:52:30

7. 22:52:59

8. 22:54:04

9. 22:55:26

10. 22:56:47

NOTE: Observe that Number 6 was for one FULL minute but Number 7 began only 29 seconds after the previous one began.

For 2-16-2003 I had four more one minute calls

1. 00:08:37

2. 00:09:43

3. 00:10:48

4. 00:12:27

Unlike most of You, I received a 10 Cent discount for every minute of Billing. I wonder what makes me so special?????

I tried to call Custome support, however the company closes at 6:00 pm. So I went to the internet and searched for Aylon Technologies.

I found a wealth of information about Aylon which appears to be the billing company for some other company located in New Jersey. Because the bill sent to me was for a telephone I have at an other home, I called my Son and asked him about the bill. He swore that he had not knowingly accepted any software (Free or otherwise) which provided access to Porn sites.

The following morning I called my telephone company. Guess what I have only one (1) call to "Union City" New Jersey (201) 533-4711 for ten minutes beginning at 12:44 PM on 02-10-2003 A date I have not been billed for.

No other calls to New Jersey.

My bill goes through 02-25-2003 so there would have been ample

opportunity for my telephone company to pick up the fraudlently claimed billing since they are ALSO my long distance carrier.

Based on the Information I have in my hand - I will send a certified "Return Receipt Requested" letter to Aylon Technologies declaring my bill to be FRAUDLENT.

I suggest that others of you who have bills either for your home phone or one where a family member lives, get your telephone bills and compare billing Dates and Times with those of Alyon Technologies.

Also I suggest that you log on to allentech.net (no relation to Alyon) and read about the IEAccess an ActiveX control which is written by EGroup. This site has step by step instructions on how to remove the unwanted software you have acquired.

I also suggest two software programs for your consideration: A.SpyBot "Search and Destroy" to review your hard disk and remove unwanted spyware, dialers like Mini Dialer, etc. (Free) B. System Suite 4.0 for further Anylasis and Protection of your system. It Includes a firewall to lock up your system from outside attack. Approximately $40.00 ( a lot cheaper than the Alyon Bills )

I hope that all of you who will be fighting the bills which you have received, will remind Aylon that it is they who solicited you (no matter how deceptively) to engage in sexual gratification for money. That looks like a pretty good definition of interstate prostitution to me. An activity which is against the law in Tennessee and Georga (Im not shure about New Jersey after seeing how the New Jersey state supreme court handled the democratic interpretation of how 51 days is less than 31 days in the case of placing Frank Loutenberg's name on the ballot)

Good Luck to all of you.
