Best Buy forwarded me to this company for virus software through kapersky is a third-party billing company that does not deal with kapersky your antivirus software or malware they rip me off $100 and now I'm having an issue getting it back. You told me multiple times that they would call me back from their billing department still no phone call this company is out of main that lives in a shack and trying to scam people left and right I have my attorney involved. Stay away from best buy geek squad.
