I got the email and thought it came from my "Administrator". Placed an order, changed my mind the next day, called and cancelled the order on July 12th; Received a cancellation number; The money came out of my account July 14th and on July 29th, I received a part of a shipment with the computer without the monitor, with Windows '98. I have learned my lesson and hope this does not happen to others.

NONE of our computers come with a monitor because it would cost you more to ship it to you than to actually buy a new one on their own. Every single customer is told this during the opening line of the conversation through the sales employee and the customer AND a second time with our accounting agency as they are verifying all their information and letting them know what they received. Every customer also gets a receipt in their email to show everyone details of what they just purchased. It also shows in that email the windows 98 second edition.
