AVA (ARIZONA VALUE APPLIANCE) AVA Appliance Repair Phoenix NO KNOWLEDGE OF VIKING REFRIGERATOR REPAIRS Phoenix/Tempe Ariz
We called our Home Warranty Company, First American for a service call for repairs. They sent out AVA Appliance repair. They first came out on June 27, 2020 after waiting for a week, they were here les than 5 minutes. The man could not speak english, he was Armanian. My refigerator temp was 53 when he left, and the freezer 30. It remained that temp so we called again 2 days later, then came back 6 days later, then ordered a sensor, that took another 7 days, then they came back put the sensor in, the refrigerator temp remained at 53/30 for a few days, we called them again, they came back out, tried to find the problem, said they had to order another part (a fan), and so we have been waiting for another week for the part.
It has been 4 weeks from when this started. No repairs made, and they have no idea what is wrong. Each time I call them, they are very rude, and they say, we ordered another part, and we have to wait until it get in. My refrigerator is no 55 and the freezer is on 35. I have had to throw out a lot of food. I lost about $900 so far in food. We are waiting on parts and no idea when they will be here.
This company is rude, inexperienced and can't figure out what to do.
We called our warranty company and requested someone else to come out.
