Auto-Owners Insurance Auto-Owners refused to pay doctors' bills, and hired a liar lawyer and liar doctor to say my injuries didn't exist Minneapolis Minnesota
Auto-Owners provided workers' compensation insurance to my employer, and when I was injured they refused to pay doctors' bills for treatment, exams and diagnostic tests that I was required to have by law. They also refused to pay the disability benefits the insurance policy provided.
Instead, they hired a liar lawyer to lie to a MN administrative hearing judge, and a liar doctor to do a cursory 15-minute exam, "review" the reports, MRIs and x-rays provided by three treating doctors---all of which showed significant injuries---and say he could find "nothing wrong" with me. This liar doctor did not have patients or provide medical care to anyone, he just "examined" people for insurance companies on an assembly-line basis. The biased/corrupt hearing judge took the insurance company's side during the hearing, and then issued a decision rejecting the three treating doctors' reports and accepting the insurance doctor's phony report. The treating doctors' bills, and my disability benefits, went unpaid.
Later, after I became impoverished, I was able to get the needed surgery at public expense, and I still pay for ongoing treatment out of pocket. Auto-Owners is a dishonest, deceitful company that routinely rips people off according to everyone I spoke to. Don't buy their worthless insurance, and don't work for any company that buys their worthless workers' compensation insurance.
