Authorize.net Auth.net Contract Negation Class Action Lawsuit American Fork Utah
I was recently ripped off by Authorize.net. I created an account that was never completely established. Authorize.net never completed the account setup. Therefore I was unable to use the account and attempted to close the account on 4 separate occasions. I was unsuccessful in closing the account as I could not reach anyone at Auth.net that could help me. I was constantly transferred to another dept and then hung up on. Numerous emails went unanswered.
I forwarded this information to my attorney, with which we just won a class action lawsut against another financial institution. My attorney is more than willing to create a Class Action Lawsuit gainst Authorize.net.
