ATI Technologies rebate rip-off
On the fourth of Feb I purchased a graphic card
for my computer. The maker of this graphic card
name is ati technologies. This company promised a
$30 rebate within eight weeks with proof of
purchase. On Feb,14 I mailed the coupon and a
barcode I had to remove from the box the came in.
Last week I called and was greeted by an automated
system that ask to press some keys in order to
identify my rebate claim. The system was unable to
to locate any information about me claiming no
letter ever with rebate had ever arrived.
I have left my name and number several time with
assurances that someone will call back within 48
hours. Never recieved a call.
I have copies of rebate coupon and date of
purchased but was unable to use my scanner on the
bar code I had to mail back.
