I PURCHASED SEVERAL CELL PHONES AND WARRANTY PLANS TO GO ALONG WITH THE CELL PHONES FROM WALMART WITHIN THE LAST 7 YEARS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER PROTECTION PLAN OR MOBILE PHONE FROM WALMART OR ASURION AGAIN! THE CHARGING PORT ON MY SAMSUNG PHONE WASN'T WORKING SO I MAILED IT TO ASURION AFTER FILING A CLAIM ONLINE. THEY USED TO OFFER REIMBURSEMENT OR E-GIFT CERTIFICATE TO WALMART; THEY STOPPED ALL OF THAT AS OF MAY THE 3RD OF 2018 WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMERS. I PURCHASE THIS SAMSUNG PHONE FROM WALMART ONLY TWO WEEKS EARLIER FOR $129 PLUS TAX. I WAS GIVEN REPLACEMENT CHOICES FOR MY SAMSUNG PHONE THAT WERE ONLY WORTH $29.99.

I WAS TOLD I DIDN'T HAVE ANY OPTIONS TO RECEIVE A REFUND I CAN ONLY CHOOSE A $29 PHONE. IT TOOK ASURION MORE THAN TWO WEEKS TO SEND THE REPLACEMENT PHONE IN THE MAIL I WAS WITHOUT A CELL PHONE FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT. NOW KEEP IN MIND I PAID $129 FOR A SAMSUNG ONLY HAD IT FOR 2 WEEKS AND WAS SENT A LG PHONE WORTH $29. I'VE SPENT SEVERAL HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THE SUPERVISOR AT ASURION TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN THIS ALL OUT AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN DO ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. THEY CHANGED THE RULES FOR MY WARRANTY ON MAY 3RD WHICH WAS AFTER I PURCHASE THE WARRANTY PLAN THIS IS SO UNFAIR AND I HOPE IT HAPPENS TO NO ONE ELSE.
