asurion and sprint Asurion has been in maintenance for sprint all day Oviedo Florida
Tried to switch phones because one needs service. Asurion is the insurance company for Sprint. Could not make a claim on the gal 5 since I have to have the phone on my number to make a claim. I have no cell phone access since I can't get to asurion. I can only switch phones after I make the insurance claim. I thought that it would be easy. Other carriers are not in maintenance. I would at least like an explanation.
