Phone calls to my home started In December 2017, but no message was ever left on my voice mail. I happened to be home 01/04/18 and answered the phone. A man with a heavy accent,(couldn't make out his name) said he was from Astra Business Services (had to have him repeat it 3 times), said he was needing to speak to me, and that it was on a recorded line. He asked me if I could verify my address and social security number, which I refused to do. (I've already been the victim of identity theft) I advised him if he needed to contact me, that he could mail me something via 1st class mail. He kept saying, "But mam, but mam....) I just responded, "But mam nothing! If you have my address, as you say you do, then put a request as to what you want, on your letterhead, and mail it to me! I will not verify any information over the phone! You're out of your mind!" I pulled up the information on the internet, for this company and got their location and the name of the Ratkesh Kumar person. The description of what the company does, was vague. Just that they deal with money, some way, but again, the description does not give anything specific..
