Ashley Homestore Aka Ashley furniture Bed bugs in couch West Covina California
So i bought brand new couches 2 months ago and we always noticed there was debris on them. We noticed small bites here and there and some itchyness here and there. I have never had bed bugs. Girlfriend has never had bed bugs. So we never thought this was the problem. We lived together for 2 years never had bed bugs. Finally got our own place. Has no bugs...yay! Now the couches comes back in to play. My daughter and girlfriend start getting bit with my daughter getting the worst. Come to find that we have baby bed bugs jn our couches. ONLY COUCHES. We just bought these. None of our other furniture have anything. Called ashleys and they are completely dismissive saying their stuff is new and sealed. I said there are other stories online with the same scenario. Louisa rep from ashley says no thats not possible our stuff is packaged from the warehouse. I tell her what im looking for (refund since im still paying for them, cancellation of the remaining balance, couch replacement, or send an exterminator) she says unfortunately she cant do any of that. This is all just gross and dirty. We have to be able to do something against this...
