Call your credit card company and request a charge back immediately. They have been reported for selling consumers "malware. Their sites are "red listed" on McAfee's Site Advisor website. (((Redacted))) You have 2 options to "repair" the software on your computer: 1. use the disks that came with your computer to configure you computer to the condition as it was when it came out of the box. Be warned though, that this usually requires your hard drive to be reformatted so that you will lose all your saved data. The upside is that you can accomplish this YOURSELF. 2. Take your computer to someone such as I to have the malware REMOVED without reformatting the drive. This will save your data BUT it is costly-doesn't come cheap. LIKE SPYWARE, THE PROGRAMS THAT SEARCH YOUR COMPUTER FOR PERSONAL AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO TRANSMIT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PROGRAMMER, ETC. & ETC. AND A BUNCH OF OTHER THINGS YOU MIGHT HAVE RECEIVED AS EXTRAS... I ALWAYS GET FRIENDS OF MINE TO CHECK THESE THINGS OUT BEFORE I INSTALL THEM ON MY COMPUTER. I CAN'T AFFORD TO REPLACE MY LAPTOP. WITH ALL THE POSSIBILITIES OF THE OPERATIONS GOING ON THAT A GOOD DOSE OF MALWARE WOULD BRING A COMPUTER, SEEMS TO ME THAT WOULD SLOW YOUR COMPUTER DOWN A BUNCH. IF THAT IS WHAT IS GOING ON ON YOUR COMPUTER THAT IS...
