Artisan Capital Partners, LLC. Anthony Sasso Did not deliver mortgage proceeds after issuing a commitment to fund and did not refund commitment fee after saying they would New York New York
Avoid Artisan Capital Partners, LLC, New York, New York. Prior to signing a Term Sheet on January 27, 2021 and a Commitment Letter soon thereafter on Febrauary 4, 2021 and wiring $5,000 upon the signing of each document to Artisan's bank account, the Artisan Capital Partners ("ACP") group were very responsive to our calls and emails.
After signing the Commitment Letter and the exchange of multiple emails with Anthony Sasso and his colleague Kelly Fontaine, ACP was to provide loan documents to the Borrower. Borrower's attorney made numerous requests for the name of Lender's attorney. The lender ("ACP") neither provided the name of an attorney nor did they provide loan documents. The loan was to originally to close the end of February, when no documents were provided the closing date was moved to March 15.
Again no documents were provided and on March 18 after Borrower's attorney had sent a letter to ACP rescinding Borrower's signature on the Commitment and asking for a refund of the $10,000, the lender responds by saying the closing would take place on March 30. Again no documents, no time or place provided for the closing. At 5:55pm on March 30th, ACP responds via email saying "if you still want the loan, we will close on Thursday, April 1, 2021". No time, no place, no documents, no attorney's name.
On April 2, Borrower's attorney sent a second letter to ACP demanding a refund. No response from ACP until April 20, after Sasso is contacted by the police, ACP responds by saying they will wire the refund to Borrower's account on April 28. ACP asks for a release to which the Boorower agrees and asks ACP to send the release form. As of this date No Release Form, No Refund.
Complaints against ACP and Sasso have been filed with the Better Business Bureau of Metropolitan New York, New York State Department of Financial Services and Federal Trade Commission. ACP, Sasso et al, have not responded to any requests from these agencies. ACP and Sasso know how to "game" the system and have inflicked this fraud on at least three other potential Borrowers that this Borrower has become aware of.
Beware of Artisan Capital Partners, LLC, Anthony Sasso and Kelly Fontaine and their financing charade and loan scheme. The whole process is a fraud and the named individuals are liars and dishonest.

After I was certain that I had been ghosted by "anthony" (why it took me so long I'll never understand, but suffice it to say that I was desperate and I trusted Kelly Fontaine as he came highly recommended by Les Agism and Dimitry Fousteris of Trevor Cole) I was asking Kelly via email to be placed in direct contact with "anthony", this is the transcript of that email string wherein Kelly inadvertently referred to "anthony sasso" as "anthony burgess" (highlighted below in red) after which he also notably states that his "lawyer is handling refunds". Please note also that this name is misspelled with two s's, if you search for "ANTHONY BURGES" with one "s" you will find five more ripoff reports that are too similar to not be him:
