Arcadia Financial LTD Violating Federal Laws to force consumers into car loans Columbia Maryland
From dch honda dealer at route 4 in paramus new jersey, through arcadia financial as lender I sign a car purchase with a trade in. they told me to tell that I make more money so it will be aproved.
they told me that my credit was -600 when is 678, and for that reason they will choose for me better bank. I was told the rate after I sign the papers,then i discovered that the rate was higher
and I complaint to the dealer the treat me like garbage, so I call the bank and told them what happen and that it was impossible for me to pay them.
the bank told me that I wasn't aproved, and two hours later they say they I had being aproved, even do that I told them that I did not want the car nor the deal with that interest being
so high. the bank manager told my friend that he was a very close friend of the people at the dealer. somebody from the bank told me that my loan can't be aproved for many conditions including that i can't prove income and even that the manager did it.
I did many calls to the bank and told them that I couldn't pay the car but they did not listen to me, they are violating state and federal laws, I which someone stop them soon, or help me to solve the problem, because they trying to ruin my credit
