Apple Ford DO NOT BUY A CAR THERE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Columbia Maryland
Like some other consumers who have filed a report against Apple Ford, my experience has been a nightmare. My nightmare started 4 months after purchasing the car in 2004 and is still ongoing today. Numerous repairs that the car was brought in for that were never done, misdiagnosed problems with the car, in one case they even lost my car for a while and were unable to locate it. I got Ford Motor Company involved, the President of Apple Ford involved, the general manager, etc.....and nothing has happened other than "Oh sorry, we will do better next time." I am starting to look around for attorneys and will be filing a lawsuit in the next month or so. If anyone has already done this, I would like to get some information as far as what attorney was used and what the results were. In the meantime, even if Apple Ford offers you a Free car, do yourself a favor and do not buy a car there. It is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. And if this report deters just one person from giving them any sort of business, I will feel a lot better.
